Where in the world is Maple Ridge?

Lovely Maple Ridge is situated one hour to the east of Vancouver, BC, Canada, home of the Vancouver Canucks, and site of the 2010 Olympic Games. This growing, hockey loving community is the birthplace of NHL hockey greats, including, Cam Neely and Brendan Morrison. It is also the home of Major League Baseball player Larry Walker and the late Greg Moore of Indy Racing fame - that's a lot of greats for a town of 35,000 people. It is also where Vancouver Canucks Alumni Team Captain, Orland Kurtenbach, "Kurt", first encountered The Stickhandler. Today, Kurt is The Stickhandler's biggest and greatest fan. In fact, Kurt likes The Stickhandler so much, he formally became the official ambassador of The Stickhandler .
